Lauren has been immersed with movement and human expression since childhood. She pursued extensive studies in contemporary dance forms, somatic movement and yoga all of which steered her on the path to study Thai Massage. Lauren's approach to Thai massage is organic and grounded. Her focus is to help people settle their nervous systems to awaken more spaciousness in their WHOLE selves!

Katherine Hypes - Yoga / Vibrational Sound Therapy

Katherine is a certified yoga instructor and VST (vibrational sound therapy) practitioner from California. She is passionate about sharing the practices of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra and has worked together with Ryan over the years to merge these stillness-based practices with live sound and gong for an immersive and introspective experience. Amanda began professional work as a facilitator, teacher and guide in 1995.  She became interested in life-long, experiential, environment-based learning teaching in public schools, facilitating social service programs and by guiding the Montessori method.  She is passionate in her dedication to share the Therapeutic Yoga perspective as modality toward a more connected, embodied life experience.  Amanda is certified to guide Yoga & Mental Health, Yoga & Physical Health and Yoga & Ayurveda practices. She has created and led environmental service-learning curriculum and outdoor leadership and adventure courses for public and non-profit schools and organizations.
