Erin Kessell

Licensed Massage Therapist

Erin’s approach to massage and bodywork has been informed by over 14 years of working as a Pilates Instructor. This deeper knowledge of the mechanics of the body in movement enables her to pinpoint areas of restriction more accurately and facilitate healthy tissue and movement patterns more efficiently. A typical massage willl incorporate a variety of methods and techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Thai Massage, Muscle Activation Technique and Cupping and these will be adapted and applied to what specific tissue requirements are. However, she is versatile and proficient with many different methods and you are invited to discuss and choose what would best suit your needs and desires.
